i've never actually watched the carols before! have you in the past? @Eve7

totally your choice. i guess with meds, it helps the symptoms but not the main source of the problem? have you found anything else helpful?

Ive just turned on the carols @rav3n may as well try and make an effort.

I usually like the carols from the Myer Music Bowl as it’s very well done.

@Eve7 I know tomorrow is not what you expected it to be like.

I know it is going to be hard for you.

But I do know that putting yourself first is needed, especially when we aren't going well.
