Today I

1. Walked with friends

2. Showered and washed my hair

3. Ate some food

All in my safety plan so why is it that the one thing I can’t stop doing has now overshadowed my day?!

Going for a drive to clear my. head. I’ll post when I’m home @Snowie @outlander
