Yes I have them all written down, along with other things to do. Been trying them.

I spoke with Ru-bee via email last night. You have given so much already.

I'm just in damage control and really couldn't care less about myself atm.

What have you had in place in the past when you've experience this?

I was slow to go to the GP for antibiotics at the start, which was my fault. Since then I've been on antibiotics and also emergency steroids for my bad asthma. The antibiotics haven't done anything so am going back to the GP tomorrow for stronger ones. Unfortunately the emergency steroids have finished now - you're usually only allowed them for a week. Some doctors say 5 days.
