Re: Morning has broken

oh hon @Eve7 😔

I'm sorry about that.

You mustn't be ok then.

How many ECT sessions have you left?

Re: Morning has broken

9 more sessions @Snowie I am going to try and get a telehealth appointment with my pdoc on Thursday.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time with your mother.

Re: Morning has broken

Thats still a lot of sessions left @Eve7 I know how hard it's being in, especially when it wasn't by choice.

I hope you get an appt. with your pdoc. Will he be able to help you?

Re: Morning has broken

I hope she can help @Snowie but at least I can be honest with her without fear of what she might do to me.

Re: Morning has broken

It's hard to be honest when we know that there would be consequences @Eve7

When I have ECT they ask the normal safety questions. Lots of times I have not told them the truth for the fear of what they would do.

It's good that you can be honest with your pdoc. It's hard to find those people and put our trust into them.

Re: Morning has broken

I am lucky with my pdoc @Snowie The pdoc in here is an arrogant XXXXX

Right now I feel like howling at the full moon but I can imagine what they'd do if I did that. There is so much bottled up inside of me right now.

Sorry, take no notice.

Re: Morning has broken

I'll always notice @Eve7 You mean so much to me.

Some doctors just have no bedside manner and think they are always right.

It's hard when we don't have a release, where we can't just let it all out, especially when we should be able to express ourselves.

Are there any nice nurses in there, or would they just have to report it to the pdoc?

What about writing it down? I know I will be writing in my journal tonight.

Re: Morning has broken

I've been writing in my laptop as I can password protect it from any prying eyes @Snowie I can talk to a couple of nurses but it's probably not worth the risk.

I hope you have some peace from your mother now.

Re: Morning has broken

Oh @Eve7 , so sorry to hear you will probably be in hospital for another 9 ECT sessions when you don't want to be 😥

What about your asthma though? With the anaesthetic?

That's not good that the hospital pdoc is so arrogant 😣

Thinking of you and sending care and 💛

@Eve7 it's good that you can write on your laptop. At least you have that as an outlet.

Have you been going to groups at all or keeping yourself occupied? I know the days in there can get quite boring.
