I'm studying a few things, all in the field of mental health. Namely:

- Trauma-informed practice

- Counselling approaches

- Research paper on a certain type of psychotherapy

No, not really. I just like studying all the therapies e.g. CBT, ACT, Narrative, DBT etc. @creative_writer

I like the forums as they are. I don't really want to go into counselling so much. Maybe counselling as just an extra skill, but not full time counsellor.

Not many plans @Eve7. Already changed bedding, some washing, food shopping and got more washing to do. Sure I will find a few things around the house to do.

I had to take my superannuation statement to Centrelink @Snowie and just hoping to get a health care card.

I’m now in the city for another sporting event and hoping that my little team does well. They don’t realise I’m far more nervous than they are. I’m here super early and have found a great car park so won’t have to walk uphill to the stadium. I’m here tonight and early tomorrow morning.

it’s overcast and humid today and I have a 2 hour wait in my car.

Hopefully you didn't have to wait too long at centrelink @Eve7 I've taken my mum a few times and it was very busy.

Have you got a book and can watch something on your phone to fill in the time whilst you wait?

I went straight in at Centrelink as I had an appointment @Snowie It’s a bit of a challenge going in there though but it’s done now.

Just sitting in the car on my phone and listening to the radio. 50 minutes before I can warm them up. If I could tell you what it was you’d probably understand my nerves.
