@NatureLover, feeling better, had to get my daily dose of electrolytes. I think it is going to get hot again today, but the weekend will be cooler, so hopefully better for the migraines. I do hope its not so hot next week indoors at uni. The air cons were on, but it was still very hot. How are you doing?

Sad you're not OK @Eve7 ...but I know with MH sometimes a plateau is as good as it gets.
Hoping you're able to enjoy your breakfast with friends, and your swim if you go, at least. And that your plateau shifts into some improvement 🤞💛
I'm OK but not able to cope with much today. Just lying down.
