@Eve7, I’m sorry hun. I know it’s been an expensive day, but money spent on wellbeing is not a waste. Sometimes things happen with buses too. I hope you can finally slow down and eat your salad in peace 💖

I hope your psych appt on Monday went OK.

I went to the local pool and swam a whole kilometre!!! I feel so much better for it @Snowie and am now at the local library doing an assignment for uni
I have pdoc in the morning so will have positive news for her.
Wish I could drop by and visit you but my thoughts are with you.

@Snowie, I hope so too. I just had an aura and one side of my body feels weaker than the other. Migraines are weird
