Day full of appointments pdoc, GP and physio. Now feeling completely drained and not wanting to move.

Not really in a good head space @Jynx so have taken extra prn.
It’s a hard time of year for me and I have these thoughts telling me to stop it all. I hope honk my time is near.

That's really rough @Eve7 I hope the prn helps. What tends to be helpful for you when sitting with these thoughts? Do you have enough support around you at the moment?
