This morning I painted on my smile, climbed into my big girl pants and went to a baby shower. The second in a month so I’m now up to date on the latest games and the cost of baby items.

Both baby showers have had gift registries and wanted books rather than cards.

I quite enjoyed faking my happiness today and catching up with some lovely people.

Have now returned to reality and turmoil.

Sometimes a break from ourselves is needed @Eve7

Hi @NatureLover I hope your day goes well. I’m seeing the pdoc at the hospital tomorrow.

I am very tired today so I’m glad I can do some work from home and distract myself before seeing pdoc .

Your d will be tired after her long journey home and now she can relax while awaiting her results @Snowie It must feel strange having her finished school.

I hope your Telehealth appointments go well today. I struggle with those too.

D is still asleep. Am glad she is home, less worrying for me.

Still have S at school so still doing the school run, but does fell strange her being 18. She is officially an adult now. Just makes me fell old!!

How is it going staying at S's house?

I came back home @Snowie long story but S2 thinks I ignore him and his family and always support S1. Problem is S2 is like me and S1 is calm like his dad.

Im going to bed early tonight so I’m ready for my pdoc appointment…which I’m dreading.
