It just means @outlander that someone can apply for my position for the next 6 months. I still own it but unlikely I’ll be back before then and I need a clearance from pdoc which isn’t going to happen anytime soon. I haven’t run out of leave yet so I’m still being paid. I won’t resign but it shows they want to replace me. I guess I thought I’d still go back in a couple of weeks which is stupid to think.

oh ok @Eve7 that would be pretty hard to see. its not stupid to think you might be back within weeks rather then months. At least you have some leave left, maybe use this time now to keep foccussing on healing, maybe even do some volunteering to get that work sort of feeling back?
they might not want to replace you more just keep on top of the work you have to do. could you imagine 6 months worth of work during the time your away?

For the past 4 months @outlander my work has been shared around so it will be better from their point of view o just put on 1 person.
Its been good for me here rather than psych as it’s giving me time to think about where I am at and motivated me to get off the psych round about. I thought I’d be judged in here for what I did but it’s been quite the opposite.
I’ll never leave my friends here though 💙💙💙
