Talking on here is a good distraction for me. I have already shamed myself today anyway.

Yes she had her formal. Wish I could post a photo but can't. She got some awards too. She has had 1 exam and has 3 to go.

Time flies doesn’t it @Snowie My gs1 has graduated too. Gd1 is at Uni. Hardly seems anytime since they were travelling in the baby capsule!!

I tried so hard in hospital attending groups, having ECT, being honest, eating and I still do things I shouldn’t.

It's hard to stop those behaviours @Eve7 I totally get that.

I know you tried your hardest and hopefully it does make a change.

Give yourself some breathing time. You have just come home and that will take time to get used to also.
