Have you spoken to anyone yet about stopping your meds?

Cuppa made. Not a lot on today. Did some food shopping this morning and some washing. Just having a relax on the couch at the moment.

What plans do you have?

You did really well with such a busy weekend @Snowie My MH nurse knows about the meds and isn't happy but understanding.

When is your pdoc back from holidays?

Pdoc returns Monday but I don’t see her until following Thursday @Snowie

Mh nurse suggested hospital and I said no thanks. Admissions just called and offered me a bed but I can’t go in again.

My sister is in town for a conference and our mother is in hospital.

I'm sorry to hear about your mum @Eve7 Will she be in for long?

I can understand the not wanting to go into hospital. I know we have to put our health first at times, but at other times it is really too hard, especially when others are relying on us.
