How are you today? I think you had a somewhat mixed day yesterday.
Were you having Sunday lunch at home for family today? I hope its enjoyable for all.
We still have our visitors, so I will be absent for much of the day. Fathers Day lunch at a restaurant in town will be nice, compliments of my step-daughter. The grandkids are delightful, so nice to see them again. Miss 7 is such a little chatterbox, and reminds me of my little niece. Mr 10 is cricket obsessed, but a very clever young man. Takes after his Mum who is a very intelligent young woman.
A quick hello also to @Snowie .... I know things are really difficult for you recently. But you are hanging in there, and I'm confident you will soon be rewarded with progress on the MH front.

Today has gone from bad to worse and I don’t think I should say any more than that. I just feel really sad and hurt @outlander but there’s nothing more to say really How was your day?

im sorry to hear that @Eve7 i hate days like that. i will have my fingers crossed that tomorrow will be better..
my day was average. pop was out for a few hrs with relatives and then had dinner at my mums place which was ok too.
the pains just getting to me atm. i was planning on going to the gp again but i think i might wait till the end of the week. if its not better or improving by then i might ask if theres anything else that i might be able to do. im living of pain meds atm and its not good, half the time they dont work so its a struggle to try and keep up with it when its unrelenting.
do you have much on tomorrow?
