Morning has broken

Sorry about your appt @Snowie it’s so much easier to clam up. When I saw my GP last week it was a relief to talk about my wrist rather than my mh.

My pdoc is away again for a month so at least my wrist is taking up my focus. It’s getting better and I’m not in as much pain now. I need to have a shower today which is a bit of an ordeal.

Catching up with my niece and her family today at the beach so hopefully I can be the “happy Aunt” for a couple of hours.

I fractured my wrist @NatureLover but I’ve had excruciating shoulder pain as well, however that has eased over the past couple of days.

I get tired of talking about my MH too @Eve7 Seems like I am always complaining.

Sorry to hear that your pdoc is away again. Hopefully that time goes quickly for you.

I hope you have a nice time catching up with your niece and her family today. Hopefully it is a sunny day where you are so you can enjoy the beach.

I am clean and my hair is washed @Snowie big achievement for me today.

Im always surprised that pdoc wants to keep seeing me but I’m glad she does. I have appointments booked into next year but I keep hoping I won’t need them.
