@Former-Member , @RMG perhaps you would like to share here, you are not alone. My husband with bipolar ii was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March this year. He had surgery, came home, was readmitted to hospital as he got an infection. He is now home and I am struggling to get a routine going.

Was having a little bit of"scanxiety" and was a bit emotional last week but am feeling a bit more at peace with things @RMG. We get the results mid week and take things from there.

Mr D's CT sqcan concerning for disease progression, MRI and follow up appt with oncologist next week @RMG .

Disease progression was confirmed today and is now considered terminal. He is not at end stage, however any treatment he now has will now be palliative. Will continue to ensure oncology/ palliative docs liaise with psych team.

It wasn't entirely unexpected @RMG as his tumour was close to vein and surgical margins were not clear. Pancreatic cancer is aggressive and prognosis is poor.
Mr Darcy's OCD has gone up a level or two, he has decided to take some PRN meds to help him sleep which also have the potential to alleviate some of his anxiety.
