peaceful

peaceful

Yesterday was a bit rough. I was irritated by the smallest things. Exhausted after being in car with my mum for hours & with a grumpy teenager. Had a huge sleep last night.
Woke up feeling so much better. Did the dishes from last night. Onto 3rd load of washing. Sitting in the sun - no clouds - no rain. Feeling relaxed. Feeling peaceful. Just listening to the birds.
I hope you all get the chance to enjoy the sounds of nature today. And to find moments of peacefulness.

Re: peaceful

I look forward to when you feel this sense of peace @BlueBay. Won't be long. Hospital soon and then you will feel so much better. Sending you some of my peace. Sweet dreams

Re: peaceful

i really do hope @utopia that i find some peace as you have.

Im just thinking that maybe that will never happen. I can't see an answer to when i will go to hospital.

Re: peaceful

It will happen @BlueBay. If your psychiatrist doesn't do your referral to hospital on Tuesday, get your gp to do it. Or ask the hospital how you can get on the list without your psychiatrist.
Try and get a good sleep tonight. A bit of self soothing might be the go.
