Hello @Lee71 @NatureLover
I was reading about being cold.
Wondering if it is worth visiting opshop for a scarf, beanie gloves. Gradually I have built up my skivvies and spencers and slippers etc. It was in the moments when I was in positive self care mode, but it helps over time.
Maybe 5 years ago I could not use the heater in the house, and would freeze during winter and freaked about my arthritis. Getting little things and telling myself I deserve to be comfortable did not feel right at first, but over time, things have changed. This winter instead of being frozen mentally and emotionally and in my NOthing matters mode, I have noticed before I lose too much heat and add a layer. It has been like giving myself permission.
Its been sad reading your posts Lee, but I am glad you have some outlet. Just saying hi!

You're right - this is exactly what happens when you're too cold. 😣

That is never my intention

its also about looking back and noticing the gain for me. @NatureLover
Hope I did not intrude @Lee71
Sometimes stuff is cheaper bought new .. all depends ... but if you dont actually have control of a heater, layering is a small way to make a diiference.
