Our boarding house doesn't no not really . There is one heater at the end of the hallway that comes on for a few hours every night. Doesn't reach my end.
As for not caring ,not just about no heat, not about anything anymore.

I'm actually impressed that you've got the energy to talk, as I remember in my last bad period of SI (suicidal ideation) about 12 years ago, I couldn't even reply to text messages.
I stayed in bed pretty much for 3 years, except for going out for food and to see my GP.

@NatureLover I'm trying hard to keep talking because I know how bad it is when I stop .
If my doctors request hadn't been denied then maybe things wouldn't be spiralling out of control.
Just need to figure what I'm going to do with these thoughts
