Oh...I hadn't realised that they already know your history as well 😞
I can see why you'd think you need to prove it, but I don't agree... I was wondering if you could go back to your doctor and ask for a referral to a psychiatrist that way. Then you'd be getting the extra support you need without having to prove it.

As for the referral, it's in place just don't know when they will call.
I don't know what to do, ready to just g8ve up.
