I just got back and found your really lovely message to me, Lee...thanks so much for your good wishes ❤ I was OK, not too distressed.
Am very sorry to read that you can't see your therapist for at least another 2 weeks though... I can see how upset you are. 😞
Would it be possible to have a Telehealth appointment with him? I know you don't like the phone, so it's not ideal...

Am concerned for you... I was wondering if maybe you could see your GP each week, till your therapist returns? That way you might get a bit of extra support?
