@Lee71 I understand the messages you were given, and still hear. Like you and @NatureLover and many others here on the forums, they were our early memories. I was just talking to my counsellor yesterday, as I had tripped into my past way of thinking. But one person is enough to change things, even if the change is slow and painful, even if it’s just momentary, it’s change.
We see you as valuable, worthy of respect, someone with compassion. 💜💞

The emotional and mental is what happens now still, in the past there was more. But will leave it at that.
Ohhhhh...I see 😞 I am very sorry to hear, Lee.
Would you prefer to go unnoticed in real life? Or is it good that they have noticed and asked?
You have done well to get through so far today @Lee71

If they notice, that just means I am not hiding it well enough. I said I was fine, not sure if they believe me or not
The easy part of today is almost over, nighttime is so hard.

Because we are and have agreed to be up front with each other, there's something I wanted to tell you about what happened today when I went for a walk earlier, but i don't know if I am allowed

Yes, I was like that too. Very hard to hide severe depression, though. It's easier to just be alone where you don't have to pretend to be fine - pretending is so exhausting.
I wish your nights were a bit easier... The increase in your night meds hasn't been working yet, @Lee71 ?

Do you think it would be a trigger to someone maybe? If not, then I reckon give it a go, @Lee71
