I think may be to keep talking is best, it's when I stop talking that's when I run into trouble.
@NatureLover has been so kind to me.
I just am tired of being a burden.

Not at all, Lee. I'm not easily offended, you don't need to worry. 🙂 Plus email notifications are slow today - I haven't had any for your posts yet.
I am happy that you want to keep talking.
I know you feel like a burden. But you're not. @Lee71

Sorry the notifications are slow.
.
I know I need to keep talking but I really don't see the point and I don't know what to say.
Sorry I'm so lost

Hey @Lee71 sorry to hear you feel a bit stuck in knowing talking here helps, but being unsure of what to say. Do you find any of the social threads on here helpful? Or sometimes calling a helpline can be good for putting a plan in place for the day.
I'll leave it with you, it's okay to feel a bit stuck, we're still listening 🌻

Please don't be sorry that you feel lost - you're very ill, Lee. It's not your fault, how you're feeling.
Like @Former-Member said, if you think of some way we can help or support you better, please tell us. @Lee71

That's good - I think Adelaide and Melbourne are due to have a few sunny days now.
I'm not sure what you're sorry for? @Lee71
