I didn't get any more sleep but I did rest was unable to sleep. so u pretty much give up on that .

That's not good that you couldn't get any more sleep @Lee71 . Can you sleep at all during the day, or would that make your nights worse?

Is it because 2 appointments in one day is too much, or is it because the therapy work is not helping? @Lee71

Just finished my doctors appointment. Didn't go as I had planned but that's ok. My anti depressant was increased so maybe that will help

Sorry it was disappointing for you Lee. They just uped my anti depressants as well, still waiting to see if it helps. Are you going to your other appointment today?
