I'm really sorry to hear that, @Maggie 😞 ❤️
I'm stressed today as today is computer change over day...I wonder how I'll cope.
How is your day looking today?

2.5 hours' sleep is better than the night before, but still pretty bad, Lee. It was probably broken sleep, too. I'm sorry to hear. @Lee71 😞
I've had a couple of bad nights now, and am not coping with it - I don't know how you do. I wanted to mention something, and I hope you'll understand...my mental health is slipping a bit due to the late nights. It's not late for most people, but I've always needed to sleep at 9pm, and also to switch off screens an hour before that. So I will be going back to doing that...it means I'll be logging off at 8pm each night, 7.30 Adelaide time, which I know is pretty early for you. But I'm encouraged at how many people you had to talk to last night, so I hope you'll understand. @Lee71

@NatureLover no I completely understand, you do whatever you need to so you can take care of yourself. I'm really sorry if I have made things harder for you. I can try to stay away so things get better for you.
Is there anything I can do ?

Oh gosh, no, Lee, please don't stay away! I'm horrified at the very thought. No, all I need to do is get back into my healthy routine. I've let things slip lately. I'm a morning person...and I'm guessing you might be a night person, well, at least before your sleep got so mucked up?
The only thing you can do, you've already done - been understanding about my need for logging out earlier than I have been. So thank you, Lee 🙂

Oh dear @NatureLover , I feel for you. It’s tricky and stressful.💚💚💚
I have my painting student coming shortly. She’s 86, and taken to drotting, like a duck takes to water. It will be a good afternoon.😁😁
Hope you are doing ok @Lee71 . 💚💚💚

@NatureLoveryea I've never been much of a morning person. Always a night owl.
So I am meant to have therapy today at 1pm. I was just texting with my therapist, I almost cancelled my appt because of how i am feeling, but we came to the agreement that I will attend the appointment and I can stay only as long as I I feel comfortable with.
Just need to get my anxiety in Che k before I go out .

@Lee71 It seems to me that most people are night owls.

I'm glad you're going to your therapy appointment, good for you. 🙂
I understand about needing to psych up and get the anxiety under control a bit before going out. Good luck...

@NatureLover I still don't want to go, still don't want to talk about how I am feeling, or what's going on, what's planned don't want to talk about any of it with my therapist.
But i know I have to go, my anxiety is out of control,
