I had mental health issues many years ago and have been well for a long time. Over the past few weeks those old symptoms have returned and I’m so scared.
i have thoughts of suicide, hearing voices and am really depressed.
I thought this would never happen again.

well trust your GP, hospital may be the best place right now. You can be connected with the right support services, get some treatment and be safe before you are ready for home follow up,
