Need someone to talk to, struggling with loneliness, depression, etc.

Hi everyone. Mods, feel free to move this if it's not in the right thread.

I'd just like someone to talk to, about anything I guess. I feel so alone, not just because of the virus (although that obviously doesn't help), but just in general. My psychiatrist is the only person who has helped me, professional wise, and the only professional I have. I'm thankful for him. Hopefully i can keep seeing him every 2-3 weeks as he agreed to (because he knows I have no other professional support online and in person).

Every other support I've had has been bad and has treated me horribly, especially lately, online and face to face. I won't go into too much detail because that's just triggering for me.

Please, if anyone is around, please say hi. I'd like to talk to someone, someone new or some people I've already engaged with on here. Anyone is fine.

Thanks, I hope someone sees this. The loneliness, depression, etc. is just too much for me to handle and just seems to be getting worse.

@Former-Member rock too, but not much metal except for Blind Guardian and Mastodon. Any recommends?

im glad the psychiatrist you have is nice and supportive, but im sorry about your other supports aren't helpful.
