Tough Times

I thought I'd open up this discussion for anyone going through a rough time at the moment and want to get some extra support.
I am struggling a lot at the moment dealing with a range of things. One thing a struggle with is Anxiety. This is something I deal with everyday. I wake up with it every morning and fall asleep (when I sleep) with it every night. Some days are worse than other days. Distractions play a big part in coping with it daily. At the moment being stuck at home schooling my kids is my biggest distraction. It helps most of the time however sometimes it can be a real struggle to stay present and calm. We as a family try to go for a walk everyday. We take our family dog with us. Another distraction for me is cooking but this can be a challenge as I struggle with motivating myself but when I get into it I create some nice things. Today my 8year old son and I made oat based banana and chic chip muffins. 😋😋

I hope everyone's day has been a good day filled with self care and motivation.

Well yesterday was a b**ch of a day, this healing gig is definitely not for the faint hearted. Last night it all got to much for me, realising how much control I still allow my first ex husband to have over me and then the complete and udder disrespect from my daughter was overwhelming. It's so easy to see the direction you need to take when you have a clear mind, oppose to the complete surrendering you, well I do when I get in times like last night hit you. I ended up giving into the SH monster, and am paying for it today.

Unfortunately after I said goodnight to @outlander and @Lee82 in got much worse. A new alter presented a couple of days ago and seems hell bent on self destruction. I can't go in to detail about it here, but it ended up with me "her" being sedated. It was bad enough that when I got out of bed this morning exh2 wasn't anywhere to be found, but there where "gifts" and a couple of notes on the table. For Kimmy (5yrs) a new teddy with some lollies, a bottle of rum for the drunk alter, I can't say what he left the new one, for me a bunch of my favourite flowers, with a. photo he said he had been carrying around in his wallet. It was from our wedding day of him and me and my 3 children. the last note simply said it's time to choose! In his first note it described exaclty what happen and what "she" did to him and myself and that as much as it was going to hard for him, he can't do it anymore. It was to much to watch someone he loved be that self destructive.

I am to scared to reach out to him today, what 'she' did is unthinkable.

@Lee82 , to answer your question from earlier not feeling very safe right now. As to when I posted to the other thread it was very real when I wrote it, but by the time I posted it I was calmer and just wanted it out of my head.
