Mr shaz is still getting over his kidney stones attacks, still ongoing

For me I have another appointment next week to show what I eat and my daily blood pressure and my diabetes tests

I had to keep a food diary at times last year. Hope you have your own BP monitor so you don't need to go somewhere for daily checks.

How is mr shaz mental health now - that was a worry for you just before the kidney stones

@Dimity , I am keeping a diabetes record and a blood pressure record this week, for the kidney specialist appointment next week xxx

It must be so hard for you @Shaz51. You take on so much and give so much but you also need to look after yourself. If you aren’t ok then you can’t support others.
