Today we worked this morning

And cleaned up our gardens

Took a load to the dump

Got a busy week next week with scans, ultrasound, blood tests, and appointments

@Shaz51, you work REALLY hard! I am always amazed at what you can fit into a day 💛

Yes , I think wow at what I do to sometimes but then I feel it at night time

I don't know if I am right here @Former-Member , @tyme but if Mr shaz is in a good way and wants to do things to encourage while it is OK and then rest when he is low

Yes, it is good be motivate and be motivated but you need be careful right now too 💜. It is hard having to navigate external care and self care.
