You are a stalwart tho.

I find I keep moving as if I stop I feel the pain, but not to move too fast, keeping it steady and slow. I have been a big water drinker for decades, but the reducing salt. Its everywhere! Going the next level. Frozen over canned, and reducing my cheese. New approach is to eat more white cheeses ... ricotta or cottage. Hard yellow cheeses have been the cornerstone of my diet .... eeeeek.

It is good your Mr Shaz is alright ... something.

I hope your drs can guide you on better pain relief now, I realise it's probably not easy @Shaz51 . It's good your mum and mr shaz have been getting the care they need, though I know you still worry for them.

They are adjusting my medication as my kidney function went down from 24% to. 20% in a month

And don't know what treatment yet for Osteoporosis because of my kidney disease and diabetes xx
