i am so sorry that your kidney function has become so poor that you need dialysis. I think you need to do what you think is correct for you and your situation. But think carefully about putting off moving forward with the fistula. You can have dialysis for a while without a fistula. But if you know you are going to be having this long term then I would reflect carefully and just get on with it and look after your health.

I have rang the unit back and am now waiting for a date to have the Fistula put in my arm
