I'm not sure if I can do the house in 2 weeks. I feel rotten with a heavy cold and sore throat and aches. Hardly slept last night. I think I'll book a GP appt for Monday, with any doctor that's free.

Sorry to hear you're unwell @NatureLover . I hope it's just a cold and clears in a couple of days - rather than something that lingers.

Do what you can. Hopefully you haven't got a big backlog of bags of shopping. Don't push yourself to do too much until you're better.

I think I feel a bit better today. The GP cancelled yesterday.

If you slept in, does that mean you didn't get much sleep during the night?

I haven't been keeping regular hours. I need to work on it as part of getting back on track.

Today I lost my 9 day housework streak. I had exercise group and counselling. I'm painfully aware of my clutter and undone chores but I'll hope to do something tomorrow before a visitor comes.

I've gone backwards and am still sick. Worried it will take a month to clear, like last year. Been in a slump and not achieving anything or even getting out of my pyjamas. I did get dressed this morning as I have to force myself to do errands today.

@NatureLover it sounds as though you do need to see your gp to forestall ongoing asthma.

I'm doing my best but not getting far. I have a handyman coming at short notice and dread his judgement.

How was the handyman's visit, @Dimity ? I hope he wasn't judgemental?

I'm feeling quite down as I'm stuck at home because I'm still coughing up stuff. This could take weeks to clear, like last year 😣

I didn't make it out for errands either Wednesday or Thursday. Am trying to force myself to go out this afternoon.
