Hi all, I thought I'd make a new thread instead of the other one I've been replying in so please ignore that one, I'll request for it to be deleted or locked again.

Anyone is welcome here and it's just a general chat about anything, good and bad, and just to update people of my personal struggles like Psychiatrist appointments I suppose.

But as I said anybody is welcome to talk here about anything, I just wasn't sure what to call the thread. Tagging everyone I've talked to on here so far. And mods/admins, I hope this is OK to post and in the appropriate thread otherwise feel free to move it just let me know please, thanks.

ahh not sure whats active still I just stay in my own corner these days were things like thought for day, motivation etc @Former-Member so not off the top of my head @outlander @Snowie @Faith-and-Hope might know

Hey @TAB , I'm okay, how are you? It's the anniversary of my Grandpa's passing today from 2015 but I'm trying to think that he's in a better place as in my Nana and they're reunited.

I haven't been for a walk yet, I just go for one after I eat. I know how you feel about terrible sleep, and I love coffee, not a fan of Tuna though, makes me gag, everything about it but each to their own. Either way sounds nice

thats a good way to think re grandfather @Former-Member yeah dunno what was thinking , I generally dont like tuna either, but was with white sauce and corn and spices and warmed up with cheese mixed in lol, surprised white sauce wasnt disaster been years since tried
