I'm sorry today's not going well for you @Eden1919. 
It is horrible when you feel no good and you are struggling to find the words to describe your experience.

Hi @Snowie, ta for callout. Was your day better today? Still feel off? I think us sensates pick up the collective strain... and it's exhaustimg. I have to stop and doo deep breathing 3 or 4 times a day with this strain in my stomach.

My day was ok. Walk and chemist was about it.
Breathing does help....little things so get us through our days.
