Stuck in the mud

Stuck in the mud

Here i am stuck knee deep in the mud. Mud of depression, withdrawal from people and life. I try to lift to one foot at a time. Its heavy. I feel myself lose my balance so i hastily put my foot down. Nowhere to go. tired of the struggle.

Re: Stuck in the mud

I can relate...I feel stuck

I haven't made progress with my agoraphobia

I'm still working ...today at work a customer made a comment - irritating -

he mentioned something that happened before - I thought he wouldn't mention it but I was wrong

I had to put up a 'sign' for work - I work in retail - it was only for a short time but he remembered my 'artwork' and he commented on it at the time

but this is in the past why did he bring it up today?

I told him "lucky I don't have to do it " or something like that and he said "lucky for the customers"

I know he was probably joking but still there's no need for it

Customers can be very irritating sometimes.....

Hi @Chris Sometimes I feel like I am walking through molassis or treacle.

@jamesle2015 Yep I have heard people boast about giving staff a hard time ... leaving clothes out etc ... dont take it personally ... be brisk and business like with them ... thats all they deserve when they are like that.
