Hi everyone,
The upcoming AFL grandfinal and NRL finals this weekend made me wonder if anyone here supports any particuarly team. Does't have to be footy - can be any sport - soccer, basketball etc.
I'm Sydney based, so I will cheering for the Swans this weekend. My NRL team is out now 😞 Manly Sea Eagles were eliminated last weekend. It would be good to see Souths make it through and win.
Anyone a big supporter of a team?
Nik

Hi @NikNik,
Nice to hear from you. Unfortunately I don't go to any of the live games sorry. It's because I don't like crowds, so I just watch on T.V.
I too find AFL can be hard to watch on TV with the sound up. If I turn off the commentary its fine. It doesn't make me feel so weird. I change channels when the ads come on so I don't get overloaded by more visual stimuli than i can personally handle. Everyone's tolerance level is different. Its a challenge but its almost finals so i have to persevere. Love my team.
If you are from Sydney you could definitely go for the Swans! Maybe GWS is another option. I'm not from Adelaide and I go for PA. It doesn't really matter where you live and what team you barrack for. It's up to you.
The women's comp is before the men's comp starts. I watch on TV again because i don't like crowds or large gatherings anymore. There just too much noise at once for me and it triggers things as part of my illness.
NBL gets a little bit of coverage. If you have Foxtel u can see more of the games. I don't have it but i just keep up to date watching sports news etc.
It was a great win South's had in that grand final for sure! I was in hospital at the time and it lifted my spirits for sure that win! Aargh! You are a Manly supporter! I like going on the Manly ferry over to the beach. It's pretty over there. Fish & Chips on the beach. Simple things are the most pleasurable.
@Queenie - is a QLD supporter! 4 score and....years ago...NSW would win every origin! What happened? Its completely reversed now. It can't continue forever. Eventually NSW will return to form i am sure.

@Ant7 @NikNik @Queenie,
PA made it through to the finals. We play West Coast in Adelaide. Good news.
