I'm new here. I'm going through a hard time at the moment because of the time of year (I'm sure I'm not the only one).
I lost some close friends this year, so I don't really have anyone to talk to.
We can chat about anything, no stress.

I hate this time of year too. I can't wait for the festive season to be over and the new year to be under way.
What's your mental illness?
I've got schizophrenia and BPD. I've organised a lunch with friends today - I'm trying to be social & keep my spirits up. Usually one or two friends rudely flakes at the last minute when I organise something like this & I really struggle with my reaction to that. So I'm just bracing myself for that.

I have bipolar type 2 and PTSD.
It's good to socialise, always ups my mood.
But yeah I have the same issue, people not turning up or just ghosting the day of.
Then I end up isolating which makes everything worse...
How did you handle Xmas time?
