Not sure how long I can function like this

I cant tell if look normal or not and each day as i think about it i'm starting lose the mind more and more. yeah im lost.

@opinions2019dec just wanted you to know that no one here would laugh at you. The things I have believed and done in the past and even now ..... lucky I have a thick skin :).
