Practising my social outlets with better confidence

Practising my social outlets with better confidence

Have been making a pact with myself to go out to social events be it shopping, talking to checkout person,

having a cup of coffee with friends, exchanging recipes, phone calls to friends who are house-bound. In general, the more I endeavour to do, the better the payoff for decreasing anxie.ty and depression. Some

activities are more interesting than others but it's all "grist for the mill" in getting my confidence back from

the dread of leaving my comfort zone of staying home. Wishing all forum members a good week. Bimby2

That's great to hear @Bimby2. It can be a struggle to stay connected when we're not feeling the best but it usually pays off.
