This community is only the sum of it's members.

The support, connection and belonging we see here is nothing short of incredible.

I want to give a little shout out too, to the thousands of people reading every day who might never post, but belong to this community all the same. We're here for you too.

Wow, five years... 🙂
I'm a relative newcomer, but yes, the forums have been great as a support during hard times. Sometimes it's even just great to be able to "hang out" online with a bunch of people who understand what I mean when I say it's been a "rough week" without me having to give them a "psych 101" first.
