i hear you @Former-Member, and I think you are amazing, but then people who have struggled a lot in life often are. It seems to bring out something special, even if you can't see it in yourself at the moment.
Let me go through a few things here ...
I saw the "sleeping too much" thread, and that post looks very interesting. I have done a first-read, but will need to go back to it tomorrow with a clearer head to retain more of it. It is intense, but very worthwhile content. Thanks for sharing it with us all.
Good that you are trying to keep those negative thoughts in check - persevere with that because you are a part of our lives now too, and we value your friendship. Stay with us !
Scary about your baby bro. Pray him through it to the best of your ability, and with your other friend with cancer, and for your mum, but remember that prayers don't always have to be spoken ... if it works for you, put their photos up somewhere on a bookshelf, bench top, small table, or wherever, and leave a small glass or vase there too, Pop a flower into it occasionally. Place a cross on the table. Place a written prayer there with them. It's enough. Just thinking of them is a prayer, if you take a moment to wish them well. It will all do !
Making meals and providing transport were wonderful gifts, particularly as you are in need of support yourself, but it is also investing in love, and love will come back to find you too. You are doing a great job. You are giving out love amongst us here as well, and that will come back to you ... that's what love does.
Just keep swimming 🐬🐬🐬 ... 😊
