Both mums are being a big help @Former-Member, its more the lack of sleep at night.

Darling has been given weekend leave and I am anxious about how it is going to go. Not that I dont want her home, I just dont think she is well enough or that I have the capacity to support her. And I am behind on assesment even with the extension on the current piece that was due today.

Hello everyone. Finally found the thread @Faith-and-Hope. It is a major move and change for you, but could potentially be a positive change for all I think. WH would not have to worry so much about living up to family expectations, interference etc which may help him to face his issues?

Hi @Determined - I hope you can manage to catch up on some much needed sleep my friend. Burning the candle at both ends never ends well in my experience - mental/physical health suffers. What is keeping you awake at night? (sorry if you are repeating yourself, new to the thread). I can suffer insomnia- I will take something if needed as the consequences of sleep deprivation make me unable to cope. Hope your wife feels better soon so all the family can get their lives back on track. It's not an easy road I know.

At the moment just worry about how the weekend will go and assesment I need to get done. My darling is currently in hospital but has been given weekend leave.

@Faith-and-Hope I got close to 15 min power nap at the road work lol.
