Sorry to hear @Former-Member, is there a reason you dont want to go or just too hard to talk? Not trying to be nosy, just here to listen if you need. I too have to push myself to get support for myself.

Been to town this morning @Faith-and-Hope, stocked up on lemonade and cream, didn't think of the gingerale until i got home 😞 may need a quick dash in the morning to get some now.

Have seen pineapple and mango soft drink, wonder how that would go🤔

hee hee i have been SH free for a month and now ive completed the suicide prevention program as well now.

i told her about the visions and she said thats abit of a worry but with the new psychologist that specialises in SA will help me more with those. im just applying for SA abuse counselling as i get up to 20 sessions free paid for by the governement for victims so im going to apply for that so i can get some more help and its going to send me completely broke.

so im jsut about to send those papers off in a second, it can take a few weeks to process but im ok with that as i dont want to start it until after my final exam so its one less thing to worry about while im trying to cope witht he triggers im about to go through.

now theres only 12 days to go until my final exam too now 🙂
