Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

That chamomile orange and honey was not much of an improvement on the straight chamomile @Former-Member think i will stickwith the spiced apple in future. Yuk 😝

@soul you asked how I'm doing.. I'm doing good today... a few weeks ago I had a shift... an opening of a babushka doll if you remember my analogy I like to use for my recovery shifts. I think this last one has had a profound effect/affect on me in a finality kind of way.. whatever has happened has really shifted me into a different mind set almost a different persona.. almost to where I look to the side to see that other stuff now.

Don't know if that makes any sense whatsoever, but it's the way I feel it and the way it is. In a weird way it kind of makes me feel guilty... now that bit I can't quite work out yet!

@Former-Member hahahaha closest I've got to a Walla/Heppel hairstyle is over a hundred beaded plaits.... (I have a LOT of hair). When I travelled it was super easy to look after so I'd get it done in Thailand and it would last for ages, had to get it redone in Africa once... OMG they do it really really tight it hurt for days before my scalp got used to it or they loosened, or it grew or whatever happened it was a relief not to have that constand tightness all over my head.

now that I think of it... that's probably a great way to have non-surgical face lifts 😛 @Former-Member

I had nice thick , curly hair back then , we used to braid each other`s hair -- you know the tiny ones all over your head -- ha ha you should of seen mine when we took them out days later --

@Former-Member now I need to make a @Shaz51 parrot with Dame edna glasses and a Farrah Fawcett hairstyle... but think that will just make that parrot fall off her perch... so going to refrain although I am SOOOOOO tempted to do it!
