@soul I have my tready and other gym stuff. I like a couple of apps I have for they are really good. I just don't like the outside thing. Plus I live on a hill.. and well let's say my driveway is about 200m long on a 30%+ incline in parts - boyfriend rides his bike up it.. I have no idea how! Some questionnable drivers have trouble getting a car up it.

I'm a swimmer.. I do go to the pool and do 2km, but that's for when I can face the outside world, which doesn't happen often enough these days. I have trouble facing the forum world! 😛

I actually prefer the chamomile and raspberry over pure chamomile, will have to get some more next shop.
Saw a pic of some chamomile and mango while looking for your cup @soul, so going to try and find some of that to try it out.
