I went to see my psychologist this afternoon. We began tackling the trauma issue and it got pretty tense. Baby steps. She gave me some good strategies.

Well spotted re my rose. The original one was a "watercolour" tattoo image I found on the net. This one s one that I have painted, so it's far more personal.

No, I haven't swum with dolphins, but Zi have seen and unreliable display in the foreshore bay there where a pod of dolphins came bounding in and put on an incredible display when the grassed area was packed with people, and they all went running over to hang off the fence, clapping and cheering.

I expect it was the performing dolphins that were released from the Yanchep water park many years before because it was so "choreographed" .... maybe having birthed new members to their pod and taught them all the tricks they had learned. It was absolutely incredible.

@Smc .... I can relate .... running on low at the moment myself while WH is away .... have to protect from burn-out. Just shut myself in my room away from D3 throwing a tanty ....

@Faith-and-Hope Yes very much I'd like it gone, it's triggering. How do I got about asking then? Whenever I send emails to mods they seem to be ignored so I don't see how I am supposed to be able to do it. I would have thought it would be a no brainer to have taken it off. Other things are taken down that are far less negatively impacting.

And so glad I wasn't going crazy re your avatar... I have been thinking to myself... "she's changed that, I'm sure she has changed that" but kept forgetting to ask 😄

How fantastic re the dolphin show.... that's just nothing but a "wow" moment. How beautiful and special. 😉

@Former-Member if you can find the "Report Inappropriate Content" button to the side of a post and click on it, it will give you a box to contact the mods. You can simply ask to have that particular post removed. There is also a tab next to the Edit tab for Request Post Removal.
