Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Hubby is feeling very slack today , don`t know if it is the heat

or hime cutting back on his meds , had a blood test this morning

did a bit of gardening for my mum , came home , and he is asleep for the afternoon

mum saw the doctor this morning , he was worried about her low blood pressure and wanted to put her in hospital , but she said no , and came home

so the doctor said he will ring this afternoon to see how she is

yes after her big surgery , the doctors are a bit worried how tender her stomach is still , and being 85 , sometimes I think she is overdoing things xx

@Former-Member Early on when I was in a heavy yo yo effect mode, I joined a forum and felt it was keeping me "stuck" so I left it. There was no two sides to it, it was straight up only traumatic, and unmoderated so you can imagine some of the :pile_of_poo: that was on it.

So I definitely understand your thinking on that first bit. I think leave that thread behind and restart after you feel you have had enough recuperation time and rebuilt is a great idea.

I'm answering from here because I don't want you going into that thread you posted from 😄 in case you are wondering why. You take care and I will be happy when you come back. Footy starts soon ya know!! We should do tips 🙂

Hope everyone is okay?

I am just feeling a little 'rattled', so thought I'd pop in to see if anybody was around. I'm about to make myself a nice hot chocolate, settle into that vacant corner over there, and maybe read a book for a while. Or maybe do some puzzles from the puzzle books I see on the coffee table. I dont really want to talk, I just need to know that there is someone around.
