We are self employed @Anony18, with cleaning and mowing , so if it was sunny today Hubby would of wanted to get some mowing done

but because we had showers , he could not mow so , I took mum for her blood test , and then home again where there were 8 of us for morning tea

then I had a doctor appointment and then went home for the afternoon , so i all went ok and hubby said we will have to do the mowing saturday

The rain I guess is a blessing in disguise @Shaz51.

Glad to hear you went ok. Always good to hear that. An OK is better than not being ok.

Just had to send my friend to the airport. She is heading around Oz before she heads back to Germany for good. It is so sad. Met her briefly but she is so sweet!

My partner is still on his ever extended holiday. He has gone from NZ to Japan. I had a bit of a go at him or shall I say was being honest on Sunday. Was a long message but he "Read" it but didn't respond. So last night I just chased him up in a nice and funny way and he responded with a rant about how his holiday hasn't been great as he been dealing with family stuff. The good thing is that 6 months ago he would rant at me but this time it was more rant to me.

He mentioned how he always goes on holidays cause he needs a break but somehow the issues of Perth is like a dark cloud over him or following him, which is mostly family and dealing with the lawyers & accountants to settle his grandma's will. Not sure how to approach or if he is able to disconnect from that or is easy to disconnect from that responsibility.

The rain I guess is a blessing in disguise -- sure was @Anony18

expect for Hubby being anxious and worried all day

We have cleaning jobs thursday and friday mornings , and if sunny we will do the mowing in the next 2 afternoons , but if it rains -- no mowing
