today we travelled 2 hours to meet up with my 2 sil`s Mil and niece and her children , had lunch together and then 2 hours back home , tired now , having a beer

5 days sugar free....We both made a little slip up today and I think that there was sugar in our chinese meals in a restruant today.

There is sugar in Everything ! eeek

I wanted to do this last year.....it's only been 5 days but I'm almost alwats thinking about food. I'm buying sugar free chocolate......just to get through and sugar free icecream.. I know that I'lle get really healthier lots of vege stir fries with veges and chicken.

my husband is threatening to go and buy a packet of lollipops to gobble down and he is sleeping so much....

It is a bit of both I say. Got a message from my brother yesterday saying a couple came by the house with an envelope that had my name and address. They said they were walking by the golf course nearby me and there were clothes and all there but they only picked up the letter. We all thought maybe some scam potentially. I never seen that envelope before so means someone must be stealing our mail.

Anyway left it but late last night I jumped on Facebook messenger and I saw this message from a random lady. She said she went for a walk at 8am in morning and saw clothes and letters with my name on it! But could not pick it up given that there wasn't any plastic bag. I had to change my privacy setting on facebook so no one can find me or see how I look anymore. Am really worried and scared given there could be letters in public with my name and address on it. And not sure why it is just my name. No other of my family members letters
