Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Has been quite wet here @Shaz51 but we are all good. Most of the system was to the south of us. Rain we have had has been good.

I've had that every night, for the past week - Not sleeping well, or hardly at all...

"This too shall pass" (the saying goes) - Well I certainly hope so, for myself & for you too...

@Adge if I could magic another 40 - 50 hours into this week I would be starting to feel on top of things but I am definatly in a better position than I was.

Thanks @Determined Yep, makes me a Zombie, mostly non-functional.

Since I already have daily fatigue issue (even when well-slept).

Too much going on - uncontrollable events (happenings).

So brain went into over-drive (every night), just when I needed to sleep...

I totally get where you are coming from with the sleep (or lack of) and fatigue and lack of function. Have had thwt for longer than I can remember.
